Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 250ml either cooking cream or natural Greek yoghurt (I used the latter)
- 1 x 40g packet of French Onion Soup Mix
- Mushrooms, sliced
Method:
- Place chicken breasts in a large oven proof dish
- Cover with sliced mushrooms
- Mix the cream (yoghurt) and French Onion Soup together and pour over the chicken and mushrooms
- Cover (with foil if you don't have a lid) and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30-40 minutes. Check after 30mins
- Place the chicken and mushrooms on plates and if the sauce is too thick, add a little hot water to the pan with the cream/yoghurt to form a more fluid sauce to pour over the chicken.
