Ingredients:
- 3 crushed weet bix
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup plain flour
- 125g melted butter
Method:
- Line a slice tin with baking paper
- Mix all dry ingredients and add the melted butter
- Mix well to coat the dry ingredients
- Press into a slice tin
- Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 18-20 minutes
- This is really nice without the glaze, but if you want to glaze it let it cool, then ice with the chocolate glaze (recipe below).
Ingredients for the chocolate glaze:
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons soft butter
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
Method for the chocolate glaze:
- Sift icing sugar and cocoa
- Add butter
- Pour in boiling water, beat well
- Spread immediately and leave to set.
