This smoothie is delicious, fast to make, very healthy and serves 1.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup berries (I used a frozen packet of blueberries, blackberries & strawberries)
- 3/4 cup skim milk
Method:
- In a blender place the berries and milk and blend
- Pour into tall glass
- Nothing else - simple - just drink it!
