Snow Pea & Orange Salad


To go with our BBQ last night I made a salad with the following:
  • Mixed baby spinach, rocket and kale leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1/4 red capsicum
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 orange peeled and chopped
  • 10 snow peas
